We only went over the original estimate because I chose a different floor tile (which I knew would add cost); everything else stayed within the estimate and there were no unexpected surprises. The crew did a great job in replacing the drain in our tub (source of the leak), patching the ceiling below the bathtub , and repainting the ceiling on the main floor.
Also had them patch and repair a few additional spots on the ceiling where he had some drywall popping from the house settling over the years
Would highly recommend them for any future home repairs
